Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract
The purchase of what has been requested will be perfected through the following phases:
1. By sending the order, the customer sends a proposal to purchase the selected product or products to fashionleather.eu. The sending of the purchase order implies the consent (pursuant to article 10 DL 185/1999) to receive the following communications of fashionleather.eu hereinafter described, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.
2. Our site confirms with an e-mail the receipt of the order transmitted by the customer, with the assignment of a 'Customer Order Number' that must be used in any further communication with fashionleather.eu. The consumer is invited to print the e-mail and to keep it.
3. Pelletteria-italiana.it will then deliver what has been requested to the express courier appointed to deliver to the address indicated. The payment by the customer will take place using the online mode chosen at the time of purchase.
4. In case of any impossibility, even temporary, to process the order partially or totally, fashionleather.eu will immediately send an e-mail to make arrangements with the customer, whithout prejudice to the possibility for the costumer to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order. In any case, if a credit card transaction has been made, the credit card will not be counted, or the transaction will be revoked and no amount will be missing from your account. This is also why we strongly recommend payment by credit card with a secure 128-bit connection.
